IBPS RRB Exam 2023 Education Qualification Details

Office Assistant (Multipurpose)

1. Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
2. Proficiency in the local language as prescribed by the participating RRBs.
3. Working knowledge of computers.

Officer Scale-I

1. Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a recognized university. Preference will be given to candidates having degrees in Agriculture, Horticulture, Forestry, Animal Husbandry, Veterinary Science, Agricultural Engineering, Information Technology, Management, Law, Economics, and Accountancy.
2. Proficiency in the local language as prescribed by the participating RRBs.
3. Working knowledge of computers.

Officer Scale-II (General Banking Officer)

1. Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a recognized university or its equivalent with a minimum 50% mark. Preference will be given to candidates having degree in Banking, Finance, Marketing, Agriculture, Horticulture, Forestry, Animal Husbandry, Veterinary Science, Agricultural Engineering, Information Technology, Management, Law, Economics, and Accountancy.
2. Two Years as an Officer in Bank or Financial Institution.

Officer Scale-II (Information Technology Officer)

1. Degree from a recognized University in Communication/ Computer Science/ Information Technology/ Electronics or its equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks.
2. Certificate in C++, JAVA, ASP, PHP, VB, VC, OCP.
3. One year experience in a relevant field.

Officer Scale-II (Chartered Accountant)

1. Certified Associate (CA) from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
2. One year experience as Chartered Accountant.

Officer Scale-II (Law Officer)

1. Degree from a recognized University in Law or its equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks.
2. Two Years as an Advocate or should have worked as Law Officer in Banks or Financial Institutions for a period not less than two years.

Officer Scale-II (Treasury Manager)

1. Certified Associate (CA) from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India or MBA in Finance from a recognized university.
2. One year experience in a relevant field.

Officer Scale-II (Marketing Officer)

1. MBA in Marketing from a recognized university.
2. One year experience in a relevant field.

Officer Scale-II (Agricultural Officer)

1. Degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, Dairy, Forestry, Animal Husbandry, Veterinary Science, or Agricultural Engineering from a recognized university or its equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks.
2. Two years experience in a relevant field.

Officer Scale-III

1. Degree in any discipline from a recognized university or its equivalent with a minimum 50% mark. Preference will be given to candidates having degree in Banking, Finance, Marketing, Agriculture, Horticulture, Forestry, Animal Husbandry, Veterinary Science, Agricultural Engineering, Information Technology, Management, Law, Economics, and Accountancy.
2. Minimum 5 years experience as an officer in a Bank or Financial Institution.
